Learning the Alexander Technique is like learning a whole new language for yourself.  First you learn the ABCs of very simple things that you do in life, then gradually add grammar and vocabulary.  Just as with a language, as you become more familiar with its nuts and bolts so the language becomes more fluent. So it is, that with simple Alexander “groundwork”, you acquire a new fluency and ease to movement and a clarity to thought processes.
